Return and Refund Policy

At Real Madrid International, we are committed to delivering high-quality travel and recruitment services. Please read this policy carefully before booking or purchasing any of our services.

1. Nature of Our Services We provide service-based offerings including Manpower Recruitment, Air Ticketing, Visa Assistance, Hotel Booking, and Group Tours. As these are service-based products, standard physical return policies do not apply.

2. Air Ticketing Refunds on air tickets are subject to the fare rules of the respective airline. Service fees charged by Real Madrid International for ticketing are non-refundable. We will assist you in processing airline-initiated refunds where applicable.

3. Visa Assistance Visa application fees paid to embassies or consulates are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are third-party charges. Our service fee for visa assistance is non-refundable once the application process has commenced.

4. Hotel Booking Refunds for hotel bookings depend on the cancellation policy of the individual property. We will communicate the hotel's cancellation terms clearly at the time of booking. Our service fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

5. Group Tours Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date are eligible for a full refund minus our service fee. Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure.

6. Manpower Recruitment Recruitment service fees are non-refundable once the candidate shortlisting process has begun. If a placed candidate does not join within the agreed probation period due to our error, we will provide a free replacement search.

7. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at [your email address] with your booking reference, the service in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
