3. Services We act as an intermediary and service facilitator. All service details, timelines, and outcomes are subject to the policies of the relevant third parties.
4. Bookings and Payments All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment. Prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
5. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate personal information required for visa applications, ticketing, hotel bookings, and recruitment processes. Real Madrid International is not liable for delays, rejections, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
6. Visa and Immigration Visa approvals are at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval. Our role is limited to assisting with documentation and application submission.
7. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it carefully before making a booking.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Real Madrid International and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
